Champions Drink Responsibly

When one of the world's most famous sportsmen and "RoboServ" his robotic training partner came to town, the excitement was fever pitch.

Taking a break from his Australian Open preparation, Rafael Nadal travelled down to St Kilda Beach to help promote Bacardi's “Champions Drink Responsibly” campaign.

As global ambassador, Nadal takes every opportunity to encourage responsible drinking by people of all ages.

Fans turned out en masse to see their idol arrive for the private event and Nadal cemented his "nice guy" image by spending considerable time with them before returning to training.

English may not be his first language, but Nadal proved to be an entertaining interviewee with guests and media paying rapt attention.

His table tennis matches against Bacardi competition winners showed just what a good sport he is and the day confirmed, he's a winner!
